But, how we can match our frequencies? The powerful gift we all have is thinking. All our thoughts and feelings are energy. The frequency of your vibrations depends on how you think and feel. The more positive you feel the more positive circumstances you meet in your life. In the same way, if your feelings are negative, your negative vibrations attract negative people, things and situations.

As your conscious mind dwells habitually on thoughts and feelings of a certain quality, these become firmly embedded within the subconscious mind. They become the dominant vibration. This dominant vibration sets up a resonance with other similar vibrations and draws them into your life.

Here are some ways to raise your positive vibrations:

  1. Control the way you think: We know that thoughts become things. So, everyday have a conscious thinking of something positive. Whenever you get a negative think, immediately substitute with positive words. If you wish, you can place some positive affirmation cards in your place where you could read on daily basis. Controlling your thoughts is not easy and cannot be achieved in one day. Have patience to become this as a habit. Also remember that never force yourself in controlling your negative thoughts. Let those thoughts flow and then try to replace with positive ones.
  2. Smile: Every morning make a practice of smiling yourself immediately after you wake up. During your day, give a smile when you see someone.
  3. Don’t forget to Breathe: I don’t mean that you forget breathing. What I mean is to consciously breathe. Observe your breathing consciously. Meditation is the best practice to raise your vibrations. It is not needed to meditate like a Zen. It’s enough if you practice meditation just for 10 – 15 minutes once or twice a day.
  4. Enjoy Nature: Go out in the morning and enjoy the nature. You can go to some park in your place and enjoy the greenery. Sleep on the greenery, look at the sky and enjoy as you enjoyed when you were child seeing clouds.
  5. Do Exercise: Do exercise daily. Exercise also increase your vibrations and makes you happy. Not only exercise, you can also engage in some other activities like Dance.
  6. Become conscious of what you eat: Some foods make people weaker and uncomfortable. To decide on what food to eat differs from person to person. So, be conscious on eating what type of food makes you happy and comfortable. Generally, opting for organic foods like fruits, veggies are good. Also, water is said to be a form of energetic life force. So, drink plenty of water during the day. It helps to raise your energy levels and thus your vibrations.
  7. Conscious of what you watch and listen on Television: Now-a-days, there is a lot of stuff on TV. But, becoming mindful of what you are watching and listening makes you to control your feelings and your vibrations. Listening to a good music everyday increases your positive vibrations.
  8. Gratitude: Be grateful for what you have. Thinking of what you have instead of what you do not have will shift your vibrations from low to high.
  9. Read Good books: Make a habit of reading a page or two from a book that inspires or motivates you to a positive life.
  10. Conversation with a Friend: Talk to your friend or someone you like every day. Surround yourself with positive minded people.
